Here's an example of what we want here:
Name: Tribal Flames
Appears in: Tribal Flames, Tribal Flames 2, Remix 1
Setting: A tribe with a heck of a lot of buildings made of wood.
General idea: You are a living flame, trying to set as many things on fire as possible. Press A to set things on fire. You only need to press A once to set wooden things with no paint on fire, but red ones need 2 presses and blue ones need 3 presses. You also need to press B to jump over gaps in the bridge you're on, buckets of water, etc. If you hit a beat, then the building lights on fire or you dodge/jump. If you barely hit a beat, then the building is only singed by the fire. The living flame looks angry at this. If you barely jump or dodge, then a little bit of steam will fly into the air. If you miss a beat, the building is left intact. Plus, if you fail to dodge/jump, then the flame will jump back up in surprise and a lot of steam will fly into the air.
Usual music: Bongos, tribal instruments, etc.
Added in sequel: New green buildings that take 4 presses of the A button to set on fire and orange ones, which take 5 presses. There are also now floating bars of water, which you must press down on the control pad to avoid.
Text:
- Superb: Sweet! Now that's an inferno I like to see!
- OK: I did a good job, but it's not perfect. Eh, whatever. Can't win 'em all!
- Try Again: Damn, the village wasn't even harmed by my hot beats! Then again, were they even that hot...?
