The arrange version, Splashdown 2, appears in the tenth stage of Rhythm Heaven.
Gameplay[]
In this game, the player controls on of The Three Synchrettes, who are performing synchronized swimming to the beat. The player must follow the sequence in rhythm, diving underwater and surfacing again after the first two synchrettes. At certain points, they jump out of the water while riding dolphins. These jumps occur either in sequence or together after an "Ooooh" cue. Near the end, two jumps have the three girls throw three other girls into the air instead, revealing there are actually six synchrettes in all.

- Early!/Late!: N/A[citation needed]
- Miss...: If the player misses their cue, a 'doink' sound is heard. When resurfacing off the beat, the player flails out of the water in panic.
