Rockers 2 |
The guitar work gets a bit technical here, but if you can pull it off, just think how cool you'll look! |
Rhythm Heaven |
Rockers 2 (ロッカー2?, Rokkā 2) is the 4th Rhythm Game of the tenth stage (49th overall) of Rhythm Heaven.
The long version, Rockers, appears in the sixth stage of Rhythm Heaven.
Gameplay[]
The gameplay is similar to before, though it utilizes more complicated patterns and adds pitch bending as a mechanic. This game notably features the use of the trigger buttons (🅁 being used in Righty mode, and 🄻 for Lefty mode) on the Nintendo DS to bend notes, similar to that of a whammy bar.
Controls[]
- Tap: Mute strings
- Tap (Hold): Mute strings/Prepare to strum
- Tap (Release): Cancel
- Flick: Strum
- 🅁: Bend notes (Righty Mode)
- 🄻: Bend notes (Lefty Mode)
Timing Display[]
- Perfect!/Ace!: The player strums correctly, causing white bolts to appear.
- Early!/Late!: The player strums slightly off tune, causing blue tears to appear.
- Miss...: If the player strums at the wrong time, the strum is very off tune, causing yellow vines to appear. Regardless if the player strums at the wrong time or doesn't strum when they should, J.J. Rocker sumbles over.
