"Listen to the host's pattern, then copy it. Simple, right? Simple, but not easy."
— Quiz Show Description (Rhythm Heaven Megamix)
Template:Game-NavTemplate:Game-NavTemplate:Minigame infoboxQuiz Show (クイズ?, Quiz) is the 19th game in Rhythm Tengoku and the 93rd game in Rhythm Heaven Megamix. This game is about the Quiz Player who's participating in a quiz show where he must hit the buttons the same amount of times as the Quiz Host.
The host will hit the button a certain amount of times (1st question - 03 times, 2nd question - 06 times, 3rd question - 13 times in the practice, 4th question - 18 times, 5th question - 28 times, and 6th question - 43 times, with 0, 1, or 2 hits added to the end in the real game.) You then must match the amount of button presses under a time limit. However, you do not have to follow the host's rhythm. You may do the pattern any way you wish, as long as you get the correct number under the time limit. This is the only game in the franchise to do something like this. If you get the amount of hits wrong, the game ends.
Controls

D-Pad: Hit the + shaped button

Timing Notes
Note: Since the game is based on ending with the same number as the host, and not on the timing of individual presses, the timing notes are based on if the total at the end is right or wrong.
Hit: The host's podium will reveal the same number as the player's. Both the player and the host will smile, and a victory jingle will play.
Barely: None of this game.
Miss: The host's podium will reveal a different number than the player's. Both the player and the host will frown, and a loss jingle will play. One miss ends the game.
This game's skill star can be obtained by following the host's rhythm exactly, and if you don't copy his rhythm, you will get 80-89% Superb level for it without getting a Star.
Quiz Show Special
Template:Game-NavTemplate:Endless game infoboxQuiz Show Special (クイズ スペシャル?, Quiz Special) is the 3rd endless game in Rhythm Tengoku and requires 20 Medals to unlock. The patterns are much shorter, but there's also a shorter time limit and the patterns get faster every few correct answers. Also, you and the the host begin to change as the game progresses.
0~4 = Everything stays normal.
5~9 = Host starts making a face.
10~14 = Host turns purple, hair become spiky, and small horns begin to form - Your character starts making a face.
This game is very unique. It is the only minigame in the franchise to not have music playing throughout most of the minigame, only game where you do not need to follow the rhythm, possibly the only one to show the generic embodiment of a demon, and one of only two games that can end before it's supposed to. (The other being Night Walk).
The game will end even if you get an answer in the practice wrong.
The Try Again epilogue screen is a reference to Dribble and Spitz's intro in WarioWare, Inc. Mega Microgame$!.
Usually, the OK rating note is shared across all games. In the Rhythm Tengoku version of this game, however, this is circumvented by having the player get a Just OK if they fail on the 6th question. In fact, getting an OK on this version of the game is impossible.
On the other hand, in the Rhythm Heaven Megamix version, it is impossible to get a Just OK.
If you hit the buttons over 100 times, the counter will malfunction and break, following a series of destructive mishap with the set's equipment; First it destroys your box, the host's box, and then the Quiz sign.
This is the only rhythm game not to have a Skill Star for getting perfect timing on a specific input.
In North American, European and Korean versions, the Quiz sign has the host's face and two melody notes on it instead of the words.
The Quiz Show sprite sheet in Rhythm Heaven Megamix contains assets used only in Quiz Show Special, which isn't present in Rhythm Heaven Megamix.
The fanfare when a correct answer is given is reused in Charging Chicken.
